Flood death toll rises to 13 in Cambodia

Flash floods have killed at least 13 people and affected about 3,000 families in Cambodia since early this month, a disaster control spokesman said Wednesday. Four provinces being hit by floods are Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kampong Thom, and Kratie, Keo Vy, chief of the Cabinet of the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM), said. ...
